Information we collect

• Contact form: the name, phone, email, and message you submit so we can respond to your request.
• Vehicle inquiries: your name, phone, email, and question, together with the vehicle you asked about.
• Financing pre-qualification: your name, phone, email, city, employment status and employer, an income range (never an exact figure), housing status, deposit and target monthly payment, any trade-in, and your own rough estimate of your credit. We do not ask for — and this website never stores — a Social Security number, a date of birth, or any bank or card details. Submitting the form is a soft enquiry and does not affect your credit score. If you choose to proceed with a formal application, the lender collects that regulated information directly through their own secure system.
• Basic server logs: standard technical data (IP, browser, pages viewed) kept for security and reliability.
• Spam protection: to stop automated abuse of our forms we store a one-way cryptographic hash of your IP address for up to 24 hours. The address itself is never written down and the hash cannot be reversed back into it.

How we use it

We use your information only to respond to your inquiry, schedule and provide auto, diesel, and truck repair services, and keep our site secure. We do not sell or rent your information.

Who we share it with

We share data only with the service providers that run our site and email — currently Cloudflare (hosting) and Zoho (business email) — strictly to operate the site and reply to you, never for their own marketing.

If you submit a financing pre-qualification, we pass the details you gave us to the lenders we work with so they can tell us what you may qualify for. We only do this because you asked us to, and we will tell you which lender we approached. We do not sell or rent your information.

Data retention

We keep contact submissions, vehicle inquiries, and financing pre-qualifications only as long as needed to assist you and for reasonable business records, then delete them. Spam-protection hashes are deleted automatically after 24 hours.

Your choices

You can request a copy of, correction to, or deletion of the information you’ve given us — just email contact@allmotorscenter.net or call (509) 655-7715. We don’t use advertising trackers.
